A tasty treat of 100% Chenin Blanc from Domaine des Forges in the Loire Valley, where they are heralded for their Savennières and Moelleux bottllings. The Domaine started humbly in 1890 with the purchase of 2 hectares of vines called "les clos des Forges", thus starting five generations where the family of winegrowers continued to pass down tradition and expand to today where Stéphane and Séverine Branchereau have run the 47 hectare estate for more than 20 years, with a respect for both tradition and innovation.
