Herbaceous notes with lime blossom, pineapple, lemon tea. Palate is fresh, expressive, dry with citrus, lemongrass, grapefruit and minerals. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from a single vineyard "Kristel", originally planted by Russian pacifists escaping from the Bolshevik Revolution in the early 1900s. Farmed organically, with some vines up to 80 years old. The Monte Xanic winery was founded in 1987 in the Valle de Guadalupe by friends Eric, Hans, Manuel, Ricardo and Tomás, all great lovers of wine with the common dream: to create quality Mexican wine.
