Peach bomb on nose with hints of garden herbs and salinity; Solid and sturdy, with stone fruits and quince zest. 100% Vidiano, one of the dominant grape varieties of Crete, which the Diamantaki family has cultivated since their beginnings in 2007.  The winery is located in an area of Crete brimming with a deep history of viticulture and ancient artifacts, overlooking the Cretan Sea.  The Diamantakis family is dedicated to the cultivation of native varieties, Vidiano, Assyrtiko, Liatiko and Mandilaria which are natural fits for the unique microclimate.
