Cabernet Blanc

100% Cabernet Blanc, a hybrid varietal of Regent and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. Friendly and unique with stone fruit and minerally texture. 

Stanislav Rudolfský and his son Lukáš are restoring the lost glory of winegrowing in the Kutná Hora region which dates to the 12th century.  They utilize traditional methods in the vineyards and cellar, while also promoting biodiversity with half their land set to farming orchards, sheep and fields. 

Demeter certified biodynamic.
