Pomelo, fresh cut orange, lemonade shine. Bright, juicy and crisp. Unfiltered, garden-fresh blend from biodynamic winemaker Jochen Beurer. A mix of Riesling, Weissburgunder, Muller-Thurgau, the wine has lift and energy and a complex bundle of citrus, stone fruit, herbs. Jochen, an ex-BMX racer turned holistic, natural wine phenom is regarded for his complex understanding of the greater ecosystem that must exist to transcend ordinary wine. Farmed organically, Demeter biodynamic certified in Swabia, a Southern German region that is new to the winemaking scene and not weighted down in tradition. Bright, new ideas flourish here with Beurer!
