Pure, clean berries with rounded blackberry preserves, orange peel. Palate is juicy with a core of fresh cassis. Cheerful & fruity, unadorned & unmanipulated. Fermented in Stainless Steel without oak influence, resulting in this fresh and clean profile. Cabernet Sauvignon from select sites in the Barossa Valley, Coonwarra and Riverland. Passionate about importing Australian wine through their importing company, Legend, Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross developed Sunspell to show what Australian wine is about - wine made with respect for the environment and community and always with a sense of fun and brightness.
