Palate is bright with juicy orange, lemon curd & apricot - rounded and provocative with chamomile notes. 100% Vermentino from the Island of Sardinia, influenced by the Tyrrhenian Sea in the Mediterranean, this is a great pairing for seafood and coastal Italian fare. Still family run, with Mario Pala at the helm, the Pala family began their wine adventure in 1950 in the village of Serdinia in southern Sardinia. The Pala family has been cultivating Vermentino since inception; The Soprasole name "above the sun" is inspired by illuminating Sardinian days and evenings filled with light and memories.
