Violets, black currant, cherry; fresh, bright, juicy with dark fruit and minerality. Located in Tarcentine basin of Friuli, Vini Belluzo is now third generation with Luca Belluzzo at the helm. Their vineyards  spread across distinctly different terroirs allowing for 8 unique wines from the property.  Luca, who is also the enologist at Jermann Winery, keeps yields low to guarantee maximum aromatics, concentration and structure. The "Perla Nera" bottling is a blend of mostly Refosco Nostrano Rosso with Merlot. Only 896 bottles produced from 50 year old vines; all stainless steel, bottled unfiltered.
