Rich and expressive, with blackberry, boysenberry, black cherry, espresso with lingering spice and vanilla. Nearly all Cabernet Sauvignon with 1% Petite Sirah from the greater Sonoma Valley. This is a bottling from Michael Pozzan, a winemaker of some favorites around Vintage 38 - notably Annabella and 1847.  Mary Ann Pozzan and Michael started their winery and ran every aspect of the business until their sons Dante and later Matthew joined them in the business.  A true family run winery, with Michael Pozzan as head winemaker, has a uniquely consistent thread of love and passion throughout their wines.
