Medium bodied with black cherries & dark chocolate. Soft, juicy with intriguing depth and spirit. 100% Nero d'Avola from some of South Australia's oldest Nero d'Avola vines in Adelaide Hills. Open concrete fermentation gives layers of complexity on a friendly palate. 

 

Hand pruned from some of South Australia’s oldest Nero d’Avola vines. Fermented in open concrete fermenters. Aged in old french barrels for 12 months. Naturally fermented.

This medium bodied red has aromas of black cherries & dark chocolate. Deliciously soft on the palate with medium tannins & good length.

name suggests, we are bits and pieces of everything, held
together with a new glue.
